Physical Examination and Diagnosis
Whenever a patient sees a chiropractor, the chiropractor will first take a comprehensive medical history, then perform a series of physical and spinal examinations, and carefully make the following diagnoses: >Joint mobility and muscle strength >Integrity of the nervous system >Overall alignment of the spine and its related structures >If necessary, the chiropractor will use medical technology such as X-rays, MRI, and even laboratory tests to assist in diagnosing bone alignment and ruling out the influence of other pathological factors.
Correct posture
Correct posture - the key to your health. Correct posture is far more important than a healthy appearance. Since the spine is responsible for the normal functioning of the entire central nervous system, bad posture can cause excessive pressure on the spine, causing greater pain to the body. For example, the normal function of the lungs is restricted, causing respiratory problems, and other important organs will also face the same problems. Consult your chiropractor.
Chiropractic
Chiropractic uses high-speed, narrow and directional manual pushes to restore slightly dislocated joints. Restoring joint mobility and spinal alignment, and allowing the connected muscle tissue to function normally, can easily reduce muscle tension and relieve nervous system stimulation.
Nutrition
Chiropractors are basically equipped with knowledge of nutrition and understand the impact of food on our body and health. From a chiropractor's professional perspective, nutrition is not simply about three meals a day, but the materials for maintaining body health, including vitamins, minerals and cell tissue elements. Therefore, some foods should be absorbed as much as possible, while other foods should be eaten less. You should consult your chiropractor about the nutrients you need to take.
Prevention is better than cure
Chiropractors have always emphasized the importance of preventive health care. We believe that to maintain good health, we must start from every day. Maintaining correct posture, adequate exercise and balanced nutrition can help us maintain good health.
